We are pleased to announce we are now offering a Classical Online Homeschool Program. We are only accepting applications until September 23, 2020.
A quality classical education is one of the greatest blessings that parents and society can bestow upon a child and something that Ascent Classical Academy believes should be available to students of all backgrounds and family situations. As an educational institution that deeply understands the importance of a proper education in the formation of young people, it breaks our collective heart to see how children have been deprived of this essential experience over the last many months. Furthermore, we believe that classical education, in particular, is the antidote to many of the ills which beset mankind. It is our desire to provide this life-changing and life-giving educational experience to as many students as possible.
With this in mind, Ascent Classical Academy is embarking on an ambitious effort to fulfill this stated mission and serve more families by providing an additional opportunity to engage with our classical curriculum in a homeschool environment.
While we all look forward to the day when life, including education, can return to something more normal and familiar, we recognize the need to provide families with options that can meet both the short-term and long-term desires of parents and students. Whether you are a homeschool family who is looking for a classical option or you are looking for a way to navigate your child’s education through our current situation, we would like to partner with you to help provide a robust, classical option.
The Online Homeschool Program will provide parents with the same time-tested, classical curriculum Additionally, homeschool providers will have access to content experts via monthly seminars which will provide training on the delivery of the curriculum. Parents will also have access to our program expert if they have any questions on delivery or content.
